Yoga

Yoga and chiropractic go hand-in-hand and when practiced in unison can have life changing results. Both have the goal of bringing your mind, body and spirit into greater harmony. Chiropractic works with the subtleties of the nervous system, removing interference between yourself and your healing potential. Yoga uses poses, breathing techniques and mindfulness to change both the physical and mental bodies.

Dr Courtney had been an avid practitioner of yoga for 10 years, attaining her advanced certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa in 2011. She keeps her body and mind in line with a daily practice and weekly adjustments!
