ChiroMission Inc. is a not-for-profit humanitarian organization based in the United States that has been active since 2003. ChiroMission leads groups of chiropractors, chiropractic students and volunteers from all walks of life on life changing trips with the mission to help those most in need with pro-active and preventative health care, health education. Along with providing health care, ChiroMission also provides the necessities of life to those most in need – food, clean water, clothes, providing a salary to teachers and building homes. One of the projects ChiroMission is most proud of is the ‘House that chiropractic Built’ an orphanage to house 80 abandoned Haitian refugees, to be completed in 2013.

Dr Courtney’s involvement with ChiroMission began in September 2009, when she attended her first trip as a student. Since then she has been on seven trips to locations such as the Dominican Republic, Haiti and St. Vincent & the Grenadines. She is now serving the organization as their registration and fundraising coordinator.
