Meet The Doctor

Dr Courtney Gray graduated top of her class at New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. Upon graduation from NYCC she studied yoga in Brazil, India and Jamaica, earning a 500-hour advanced Yoga Alliance certification in Ashtanga yoga. She incorporates her deep understanding of yoga into her patient care, offering a unique perspective. She enjoys teaching anatomy and physiology to yoga teacher trainees.

Dr Courtney’s interest in Chiropractic began when she was a patient as a teenager. Like many others, she initially sought chiropractic care for back pain, but soon learned the amazing recuperative powers of the adjustment, not just for pain, but for overall health. Over the years her mission has become helping others meet their health goals and getting people more deeply connected to themselves. Through chiropractic and yoga, Dr Courtney is able to educate people on the importance of a healthy spine and nervous system, while controlling the major cause of disease - stress!

Dr. Gray is a Mission Leader of ChiroMission, which is the "Doctors without Borders" of the Chiropractic profession. ChiroMission is responsible for bringing drug free health care to third world countries where people are not fortunate to have access to such a luxury. Dr. Gray has traveled to several third world countries such as Haiti and the Dominican Republic to provide care and humanitarian relief to those in need.

After practicing in Bucks County, Pennsylvania at a busy wellness centre, Dr Courtney decided to return to Brantford, her hometown, to help the people that have always been close to her heart. Gray Matter Chiropractic, the newest chiropractic wellness clinic in Brantford is her labor of love, and she is very proud of the result. We know you will love it too!

In her spare time, Dr Courtney enjoys keeping active with yoga, golf and playing with her four-legged companion, Chloe. She is also a self-proclaimed ‘seminar junkie’ regularly attending weekend workshops in chiropractic or yoga, always seeking to deepen her knowledge base.
